Campaigner and businesswoman Gina Miller came to prominence when she successfully challenged the UK government’s attempt to trigger Article 50 – the formal notification to leave the European Union – without parliamentary approval. The legal challenge made her the target of racial and sexist abuse and death threats. What lessons did she glean from the consequences of standing up for justice and for herself?
