Charleston International Summer School

“An utterly memorable experience… We really felt as if we were involved in something special.” Previous Summer School participant.

Bloomsbury and their Contemporaries.

The Summer School offered a fantastic and unique opportunity to study ‘Bloomsbury and their contemporaries’ over an action-filled long weekend at Charleston. Those who attended had a wonderful time studying the creative dynamic of the group of artists and writers known as Bloomsbury. We all thoroughly enjoyed the stimulating and informative programme of lectures, illustrated talks, walks and special visits. The Charleston Trust would like to thank everyone involved in this years hugely successful Summer School and we look forward to seeing you in 2011.
