Quentin Bell once said "There is no more rewarding occupation than working from
the [life] model". Charleston artists all practised life drawing at various times in their careers.
Sculptor Silvia MacRae Brown, who teaches at Sussex University and has worked from life models for nearly
30 years, offers a day of life drawing with a variety of poses, both long and short. All abilities are
welcome.
