Charleston's housekeeper and cook, Grace Higgins, would have been delighted to have such fine cooks in her kitchen. Katie Stewart needs little introduction, many of us have grown up with her cook books. David Herbert, food editor for Easy Living magazine, shares Katie's passion for simple recipes and delicious food. You will watch and take part in cooking demonstrations and hear them talk about what makes handed down family recipes so special. You will have the chance to taste the fruits of your labour with afternoon tea in the garden.
