Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of our products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the product.
All items are subject to availability. Prices include VAT where applicable. Postage and Packaging is an additional charge, for details please see the postage and packaging section on this website.
We will make every effort to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible, and hope to achieve delivery to the UK within seven days of receipt of your order provided the goods are in stock. However, from time to time, through circumstances beyond our control, this may not be possible.
Overseas orders will be sent by airmail. Please note there may be local duty and /or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. Charleston Enterprises is not responsible for paying these charges.

NB: We are afraid we are uable to accept returns for event tickets purchased online.
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. For this reason we make our returns policy simple. Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your mail order purchase we will refund your money as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact and are returned in perfect condition with your receipt within 28days. Return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
Returns are dealt with as soon as they arrive, however during busy periods please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge).
