Capturing Charleston with iPads

Sat 28th June & Sat 6th Sept

10am - 5pm

Many artists and illustrators, most notably David Hockney, have enthusiastically embraced the new tools for drawing and painting that have become available as iPad apps. Artist Susan McCall, who regularly uses an iPad in her own practice, will begin by demonstrating the drawing tools available on Adobe Ideas, exploring their potential creative application.  After lunch, participants will be encouraged to put their new found skills to practice, using their iPad to capture the unique charm of the Charleston garden in full bloom and a range of other familiar Charleston still life motifs. Attendees will need to bring their own iPad, installed with an up-to-date version of Adobe Ideas.

£90 includes a seasonal artisan lunch.
